Carmarthenshire Green Party Committee Meeting via Zoom on 7/1/2021
Present: Mark – Coordinator, Julia – Treasurer, Kat – Elections Officer and Bev – Membership Secretary.

Minutes of last meeting:
Email accounts: (Mark): still no updates, contact has been made but the tech department is short staffed. Mark and Bev to continue chasing the tech department. Kat suggested asking Ian (Field Organiser) to contact members about an all members meeting until email addresses sorted.
WordPress training: (Mark): not yet actioned, Mark to speak to Ian on Monday.
Bank account: (Julia): *UPDATE DURING MEETING* email from previous signatories received, new signatory forms for the bank account to be completed ASAP.
Marked registers: (All): The deadline for getting the marked registers has now passed. However, we will be able to get the registers next year for this year’s Senedd elections.
Bank account:
Mark proposed having 3 signatories on the bank account with 2 required for authorisation so that if one person is unavailable or ‘moves on’ then there will be a smooth transfer of members and signatories. Seconded by Julia. Kat agreed to be third signatory.
Elections (Kat):
- All members meeting needs to be arranged soon.
- Need to reach out to Pembrokeshire party to discuss choosing a candidate for the Senedd election. Mark to contact Pembrokshire separately first to find out if they have a candidate in mind.
